Easy Tips to a Slim Body



Have an event coming up? Need to shed a few pounds? Here are some easy tips from celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.

  • Cut out dairy- Dairy is harder for your body to digest.
  • Cut out processed food- try and eat only organic
  • Eat fruit every morning- not only are these healthy but they keep you hydrated
  • Eat lean protein- white fish, turkey, chicken breast...
  • Don't add saturated oils or dressings to your salad- try lemon juice or virgin olive oil
  • Limit your carb intake- one cup of brown rice daily is ok
  • Avoid sweets- however, if you're craving it you can have dark chocolate
  • Avoid salty foods- having extra salt in your diet will lead to water retention
  • Drink lots of water and green tea
  • Add lemon to your water

If you get yourself some weights, small ones at first, it gives you something to do while watching TV or YouTube videos. It takes a few months, but will make a big difference.
